Equipment for badge production is a set of machines that can be used to make pin badges, magnets, keychains, medals, bottle opener magnets, and mirrors.

What equipment is needed for badge making?

To make western-style badges, we will need the following equipment:

1. Badge press machine. This is the most important part of the equipment. We only need one press machine for badges, even if we want to make badges of different sizes.
2. Interchangeable die for the badge press machine. The machine itself is not enough for badge production. The die is attached to the machine and comes in different sizes. The size indicated in the die's name is the diameter of the finished badge made with that die. For example, a 58mm die produces badges, magnets, etc. with a diameter of 58mm.
   A badge press machine and an interchangeable die are the minimum required equipment to start producing pin badges.
3. Cutter. Used to cut the printed inserts to the required size. It is difficult to produce western-style badges in large quantities without a cutter. But at the initial stages, the image can be cut with scissors or a compass.
4. Printer. Used to print the image on the printed insert. Any printing device can be used: inkjet printer, laser printer, plotter. The main thing is that the paper density does not exceed 100 g/m².
