Payment

You can pay for the order in several ways:

• cashless settlement with invoicing
• in cash when receiving the goods at the delivery service branch in your city (cash on delivery) *
• Visa/Mastercard cards online through the "Acceptance of payments" service from PrivatBank
• in cash at our office

* If the order is sent by postpaid, the transport company charges an additional fee:
Ukrposhta - 1% of the amount, but not less than UAH 10
New mail - 2% of the total cost of the cargo + 20 hryvnias for registration

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by the transport company Ukrposhta and Nova poshta. It is possible to deliver to the door to any corner of the country and to the warehouse of the transport company in your city.

Warranty and Returns

Our online store provides an official guarantee for all sold products. The terms of the guarantee depend on the products you have chosen, you can find out more detailed information in the product description or from the store managers.

You can return the product to the store (or exchange it for another similar product) within 14 days from the day of purchase. This applies to goods of proper quality, i.e. unused and undamaged.
