How to make a die-cut badge?

The production of such souvenir products is quite simple and does not require a lot of physical effort. The most important thing is to follow the sequence of assembling the finished product.

1. Preparing the image - printing the selected picture on paper.
2. A die-cutting machine is used - the printed image is launched into it, the image is centered, and the blank is cut out with a light movement. As a result, you have a neatly trimmed blank in your hands.
3. The metal front part, which is the basis for all die-cut products, is placed in the equipment (a changeable attachment for badges). On top of it, a paper insert with the image facing up and a polyester film are laid.
4. Rolling is carried out.
5. After that, the metal base is placed in the second slot of the changeable attachment, on which a fastener in the form of a pin is located on the bottom. The fastener is already inserted into the badge. This blank should be turned relative to the center according to the mold scale by 2 hours in the finished form.
