To apply an image on metal, you will need:

• A heat press machine or a universal heat press machine;
• A sublimation printer filled with sublimation inks;
• Sublimation paper for printing;
• Thermal tape;

The process of printing on metal using sublimation method consists of several stages:

1. Print the prepared image on sublimation paper. Keep in mind that the image should be printed in mirror reflection. You can flip the image in a graphic editor, but it is more convenient to mark it in the corresponding field in the printer settings.
2. Let the sublimation paper dry. If printing was done on matte photo paper, this step can be skipped as the ink is practically instantly absorbed into the paper.
3. Cut out the image and fix it on the metal using thermal tape. Don't forget to remove the protective film from the metal beforehand.
4. Place the metal in the heat press machine and press the start button to initiate the countdown timer.
5. After the set time has elapsed, a sound signal will sound. Remove the metal, peel off the paper, and let it cool.
