Description Plastic My Print Inkjet PVC for inkjet printing, A4, 50 sheets, silver (7969)
Inkjet Printing Plastic is an innovative three-component material designed for the production of high-quality plastic cards, badges, and business cards. This material allows you to create professional printing products using a conventional inkjet printer and laminator, making it an ideal solution for both large print runs and small personalized orders.
Key Benefits
Three-Component Structure
Consists of two printing sheets and a strong base, guaranteeing perfect thickness, rigidity, and durability of the finished product.
Inkjet Compatible
No need for special equipment — apply any full-color images using a standard desktop inkjet printer.
Easy Production
A simple assembly and baking process in a standard pouch laminator allows you to get finished products in minutes.
Production Instructions: Step by Step
Preparation
Take out the thin sheets (0.15 mm). Set the thick plastic base (0.46 mm) aside for now.
Image Printing
Print the desired image on the smooth side of the thin sheets using an inkjet printer. Important: Print in mirror image mode.
Drying
Leave the printed sheets for a few minutes so the ink dries completely.
Assembly (Forming the "Sandwich")
Remove the protective film from the thick plastic base. Combine all three parts: the thick plastic should be in the middle, and the printed sheets on both sides (with the image facing inward towards the base).
Lamination (Baking)
Pass the assembled sheets through a laminator at a temperature of 130–150 °C. Afterward, leave the product to cool down on a flat surface.
Removing the Protective Film
Evenly peel off the thin protective film from the finished product using your thumbs. Tip: If it is hard to remove, you can use a damp sponge under running water.
Cutting and Punching
Cut the finished sheets into the required formats (business cards, ID cards, badges, etc.) using a guillotine cutter or a special card puncher.
