Description My Print CR Base 520 Manual Creasing Machine (13215)
Manual creaser My Print CR Base 520 — a manual creaser for wider sheets and covers where a standard A3 area is not enough. It works without electricity but provides a wider working width for binding, advertising and packaging jobs.

Key advantages
Wider working area
More convenient for wide covers, non-standard cards and packaging.
1 mm minimum spacing
Allows close parallel score lines.
No electronics
Simple manual setup with no power supply.
Position control
Good for small runs where the operator works sheet by sheet.
How to use
1
Prepare the format
Check that the sheet passes freely across the width and set the guide to the required edge.
2
Set the position
Set the crease line with the required offset; for wide covers, mark all repeated lines before the run.
3
Adjust the depth
Run a test on the same stock as the job. Use lighter pressure on thinner stock and increase gradually on heavier stock.
4
Check parallelism
After the first sheet, verify that the line is square to the edge; if it skews, adjust the guide.
5
Feed one by one
Do not stack several sheets together: single-sheet feeding keeps the line straighter and the crease depth more consistent.
6
Remove dust
Clean the work area after the batch so paper dust does not affect sliding and positioning.

Tip
For thick card, do not start with maximum depth: an overly deep score can damage the surface, especially on laminated stock.
