How to use

Choose the wheels

Select creasing, perforating or pressing wheels for the job and place them at the required positions on the shaft.

Lock the position

After setting the lines, tighten the tool fasteners and check that support elements are aligned.

Set the feed

Adjust the guides for a 660 mm sheet or a smaller format so the stock does not enter at an angle.

Run a test pass

Check all lines on one sheet: crease depth, perforation straightness and absence of shift.

Run at speed

Start the electric feed only after the test; keep hands away from the rollers.

Clean the mechanism

Paper dust reduces roller grip, so clean the work area and moving parts after the run.
