How to use

Prepare sheets

Set the feed guides, check the format and stay within the stock range: creasing 100-350 gsm, perforation 100-200 gsm.

Enter positions

In setup mode, enter crease distances from the leading edge; the machine supports up to 32 lines per sheet.

Run a test

Run one test sheet and check the actual line positions before starting the batch.

Save the job

For repeat layouts, save settings to memory so the same positions do not need to be entered every time.

Start the batch

After checking, set the sheet quantity and run the series; watch the paper, cover and jam indicators.

Recalibrate if needed

If positions accumulate drift, recalibrate by the real sheet length and clean the rollers.

Tip

For laminated stock, start with a shallower crease: excessive pressure can damage the film or create unwanted deformation along the fold.
