To make button badges, you will need:
- A badge making machine
- A die cutter of the appropriate size
- A punch cutter, compass or scissors
- Blank for a sunset badge 25 mm
- A printer and paper
The process of printing on button badge blanks involves several steps:
- Print the prepared image. The paper density should be up to 120 g/m².
- Cut out or punch out our image.
- Place the metal base, the cut-out image and the Mylar film on one side of the badge machine. Place the back on the other side.
- Press the badge blank.
