To apply the image on the silicone cover, you need:

• Tablet thermopress , universal thermopress or 3D thermopress ;
• Printer for sublimation printing filled sublimation ink;
• Sublimation paper ;
• Thermoscotch ;
• Case for sublimation 2D silicone (TPU) for AirPods black

Printing on the cover using the sublimation method consists of several stages:

1. We print the prepared image on sublimation paper. It should be noted that the image must be printed in a mirror image. You can mirror a photo or picture in the graphic editor, but it is more convenient to mark it in the corresponding field in the print settings.
2. Let the sublimation paper dry. If printing was done on matte photo paper, then this step can be skipped, as the ink is absorbed into the paper almost instantly.
3. We cut out the image and fix it on a metal plate using thermal tape. Do not forget to first remove the protective film from the plate.
4. We place our blank in the thermopress and press the button to start the countdown.
5. After the set time has elapsed, a beep will sound. We take out the plate, remove the paper and let it cool.
6. Degrease with alcohol the area on the silicone blank of the cover where the metal plate will be glued.
7. We apply superglue 502 to the silicone blank and attach the metal plate. We leave it under pressure for a day.
8. The process is complete. The case for sublimation 2D silicone (TPU) for AirPods black is now not just a blank, but a finished product with a unique image or photo.
