My Print VOID tamper-evident self-adhesive label film on a white glossy PET base. Print a logo, serial number or QR code on an inkjet printer and you get a security seal: any attempt to peel it off leaves a visible «VOID» mark on the surface and the label will not re-stick. A4 format (printable area 210×297 mm), 5 sheets per pack.

How to make it

PrinterAny A4 inkjet printer (Epson, Canon, HP, etc.). Laser printers are not suitable.

InkDye (water-based) ink. Do not use solvent, latex or UV ink.

Print & dryPrint the logo, serial number or QR on the coated (working) side and let the ink dry fully.

CutCut the seals to size with a knife, scissors or a plotter (Cricut, Silhouette, Brother).

SealDegrease the surface, peel the backing and press the label down firmly across its whole area. From now on any attempt to remove it leaves a «VOID» mark.

How does the tamper control work?

On removal the VOID layer triggers and a visible «VOID» mark remains on the surface. It cannot be re-applied unnoticed, so tampering is obvious at a glance.

Which printer do I use?

Any A4 inkjet printer with dye (water-based) ink. Laser printers and solvent, latex or UV inks are not suitable.

Where do I apply the seal?

On clean, smooth, hard surfaces — equipment housings, boxes, warranty seams, doors. Degrease the surface before sticking for best results.

Is the film waterproof?

The PET film itself shrugs off moisture and does not soften on its own base. But print durability in water depends on the ink:

pigment ink holds up in damp conditions;
dye (water-based) ink may run.

So for damp use, print with pigment ink. Moisture does not affect the tamper-evident function.

Tip

Before sealing, degrease the surface with alcohol and press the label down across its whole area — full adhesive contact helps produce a clear «VOID» mark if it is torn off. The seal is single-use: once removed it cannot be restored.
