How to work with this foil? (Workflow)
Base Printing: Print your design (CMYK + White) on special Film A for Foiling. Over the printed areas where you want the foil effect, print the special UV LED Varnish Stamping.
Foil Lamination: Run the printed Film A together with this foil through a laminator. The foil will securely adhere only to the areas covered by the stamping varnish.
Cleaning (Optional): To remove any micro-residues of foil or glue on the edges, run the roll through the laminator with a special Glue Removal Film. It will clear away all excess, leaving a perfect sticker.
Final Lamination: In the final step, cover the finished image with mounting Film B for Foiling. Your premium metallic 3D sticker is ready to be transferred!
