Why DTF Is Perfect for Dark Fabrics
DTF printing allows vibrant images on dark and black fabrics thanks to a white underbase layer.
How the White Underbase Works
The DTF printer applies a white layer of ink on film, then CMYK colors on top. When transferred via heat press, the white layer creates an opaque base.
Heat Press Settings
- Temperature: 160-170°C
- Time: 12-15 sec for hot peel
- Pressure: medium (4-5/10)
- Peel: cold peel recommended for dark fabrics
